Leapro is also considered a Data Controller for some personal data, including data we store in relation to the creation and access of user accounts, administration, the methods of processing and service«

• You use delivery services from Leapro delivery networknetwork of collection and delivery partners
• You use our website to track your parcel ( Including our chatbot
• You contact us for any request
• You are a recipient of a parcel trough our  delivery services

We will never collect any unnecessary personal data from you and do not process your information in any way, other than as specified in this notice.

We will never acquire any redundant personal data from you and will not handle your information in any way other than as detailed in this notification.

•  Telephone Number
• Mobile Number
• Proof of delivery ( signature or photo of left safe location
• Company IT information required to provide access to Leapro systems and networks such as IP addresses, log files and login information
• Information about current, past and prospective employees; customers (including any 3rd party information provided by them), suppliers and supporters.

The legal foundation for the acquisition and utilization of the aforementioned personal data will be determined by the nature of the information and the particular situation in which it is obtained.

Service-related purposes

Leapro collect and use this personal information for supporting and managing our delivery service for our clients’ customers – for example address, telephone and delivery instruction.

Leapro acquires and employs this personal information to aid in the administration and supervision of our delivery service for the clients’ customers, including addresses, contact numbers, and delivery directives.

Our use of this private information is based on its necessity for providing our services, in accordance with the mutually agreed purposes between our client and Leapro.    

For the purpose of advertising and marketing    

Subject to your approval and/or in accordance with legal provisions, we could employ your data for marketing aims, potentially involving getting in touch with you to provide information, updates, and promotions related to our products and/or services.
