    IP-Adresse, Log-Dateien, Zugangsdaten zu Leapro-Systemen, Ger\u00e4te- und Browserinformationen.<\/p>

    Daten von Bewerbern, Daten von Lieferanten und Gesch\u00e4ftspartnern.<\/p>

    Zugriff auf personenbezogene Daten erhalten nur Personen und Stellen, die diese zur Erf\u00fcllung ihrer Aufgaben ben\u00f6tigen.<\/p>

    8.2 Externe Partner:<\/strong>
    Zur Durchf\u00fchrung des Transports und der Zustellung werden Daten an Shaoke Logistics CO, Limited<\/strong> \u00fcbermittelt. Shaoke agiert als eigenst\u00e4ndiger Gesch\u00e4ftspartner ohne gesellschaftsrechtliche Verbindung zur Leapro GmbH.<\/p>

    8.3 Plattformdienste:<\/strong>
    F\u00fcr technische Dienste im Zusammenhang mit der Temu-Plattform arbeiten wir mit Whaleco Technology Limited<\/strong> zusammen.<\/p>

    9. Drittland\u00fcbermittlung<\/strong><\/h3>

    Da Partner wie Shaoke Logistics<\/strong> und Whaleco Technology<\/strong> ihren Sitz au\u00dferhalb der EU\/des EWR haben, erfolgt die \u00dcbermittlung ausschlie\u00dflich unter Einhaltung der Art. 44 ff. DSGVO, insbesondere durch Standardvertragsklauseln (SCCs).<\/p>

    Personenbezogene Daten werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie es f\u00fcr den jeweiligen Zweck erforderlich ist oder gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.<\/p>

        Delivery address, delivery instructions, shipment status, proof of delivery (signature or photo of the drop-off location).<\/p>

        IP address, log files, access data to Leapro systems, device and browser information.<\/p>

        5.5 Other Data:<\/strong>
        Data from applicants, suppliers, and business partners.<\/p>

        6. Purposes of Processing and Legal Bases (Art. 6 GDPR)<\/strong><\/h3>

        6.1 Contract Performance (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR):<\/strong>
        Performance of delivery and logistics services, communication with senders and recipients, shipment tracking, Proof of Delivery.<\/p>

        6.2 Fulfillment of Legal Obligations (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR):<\/strong>
        Commercial and tax law retention obligations, compliance duties.<\/p>

        6.3 Legitimate Interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR):<\/strong>
        IT security and system stability, misuse and fraud prevention, optimization of our services, internal administrative purposes.<\/p>

        Marketing communication, cookies, and tracking (if required).<\/p>

        We receive personal data in particular from business customers, senders and recipients, delivery and logistics partners, via our website and IT systems.<\/p>

        Access to personal data is only granted to persons and entities that need it to fulfill their tasks.<\/p>

        Lark (Email and cloud infrastructure).<\/p>

        8.2 External Partners:<\/strong>
        For the execution of transport and delivery, data is transmitted to Shaoke Logistics CO, Limited<\/strong>. Shaoke acts as an independent business partner with no corporate affiliation to Leapro GmbH.<\/p>

        8.3 Platform Services:<\/strong>
        We collaborate with Whaleco Technology Limited<\/strong> for technical services related to the Temu platform.<\/p>

        9. Third Country Transfer<\/strong><\/h3>

        As partners such as Shaoke Logistics<\/strong> und Whaleco Technology<\/strong> are based outside the EU\/EEA, transfers are carried out exclusively in compliance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).<\/p>

        Personal data is only stored as long as necessary for the respective purpose or legal retention obligations.<\/p>
